How to Be Courageous


We all are destined to face pressure at some point in our lives. No matter how we try to avoid it, there will always be a force working against us. Danger will find us even when were not looking for it and pain is inevitable. Whether it's through the death of a loved one or even our family pet, maybe the lose of a job, or even #churchhurt.




Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.


So often we forget the words our Heavenly Father has already written for us to refer to in our time of despair. That is one reason why we must be disciplined in our lives to mediate on the word of God - day and night and never allow the words to depart from our lips.


When trouble comes we tend to have amnesia to remember that, Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.


If you are facing a tough time right now, know that you're strong in Christ. God knows, He has equipped you with the tools to overcome the battle that you're facing. You are #strong.


Romans 8:31 If God is for us, who can be against us?


God is always with us.

It's so easy to become discouraged when we face obstacles in the natural that are bigger than us or we feel like were not in control of the outcome. In those moments, we must... Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.


Remember: Immanuel = God is with us.


God's presence is with us by the power of the Holy Spirit. Even when we face discouraging moments in life, He is still present.


You were created to be a blessing to others.

Sis, you are born a leader with a amazing capabilities to succeed every trial and tribulation that comes your way. God ordained and appointed you for a time such as this. You were created to be a blessing to others.


I know you wonder, "Why me Lord?" I challenge you to ask yourself, "Why not me?!"


Allow your boldness to shine through in those moments of darkness you face. Be strong and of good courage.
